Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell **Airtel Broadband (Xstream Fiber) services. This role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, and closing sales in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door visits, references, and field activities

Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and convert prospects into customers

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly

Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Build and maintain solid customer relationships

Coordinate with backend teams for installation and service activation

Maintain daily sales reports and updates

Requirements:





Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

Freshers and experienced

candidates are welcome

Good communication skills in Malayalam (basic English preferred)

Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (Mandatory)
