Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and monitor in office construction activities to ensure work quality and progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain workflow.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project managers on progress.
- Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Verify measurements and assist in quantity estimation when required.

Desired Skills:

- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil
- Experience Required: 2-5 years
- Solid technical and practical knowledge of civil construction.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
