Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer locker access as per standard operating procedures.
- Verify customer identity and maintain locker access records.
- Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of locker operations.
- Assist customers with locker-related services.
- Maintain daily operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth branch operations.
Eligibility
✅ Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge
✅ Positive Communication & Customer Service Skills
✅ Banking / Financial Services Experience is an Added Advantage
✅ Valid Car Driving Licence & Driving Experience is an Added Advantage
✅ Honest, Responsible & Well Groomed
