We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance Associate to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice verification, processing, and vendor payments
- Record bank entries and perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle payroll accounting entries and perform reconciliation of payroll-related accounts.
- Execute month-end closing activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate records of vendor ledgers.
- Maintain and monitor the General Ledger (GL) to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and Balance Sheet reports.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Bill.com added Advantage).
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Good communication and organizational abilities.
