We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong expertise in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, Safety PLCs, and Project Engineering. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling large-scale automation projects across process industries, with strong exposure to Siemens PLC platforms (S7-400 & S7-1500 Safety PLCs), SCADA development, commissioning, and project lifecycle management, strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA development is a must as per project requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Engineering & Execution - Lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects from design to commissioning and handover.Handle large-scale automation projects involving approximately 1500–2500 I/O points.Ensure successful FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT, installation, loop checking, and system integration activities.

PLC/SCADA Engineering - Develop and review PLC logic using Siemens S7-400 and S7-1500 Safety PLCs.Work on SCADA development, system integration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Safety & Standards - Strong understanding of Safety PLC concepts including SIL Levels (SIL 1 SIL 3),Redundancy,Fail-safe design.Knowledge of industrial safety and automation standards such as IEC 61508.

Team Management - Manage and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team of Design Engineers, Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Support Staff.Define tasks using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)



methodology.Conduct regular review meetings and monitor project progress.

Project Planning & Tracking - Track project execution using tools such as MS Project and Excel trackers.Monitor milestones across Design, FAT, Dispatch, Installation, Commissioning.Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management - Interact with clients for technical discussions, project updates, and final acceptance.Conduct client training and support project handover documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA development, and creation of customized libraries, reusable objects, and graphics as per project requirements and engineering documentation like software development plan and software requirement specification's.
- Knowledge of system architecture, I/O list preparation, BOQ, GA drawings, and technical documentation
- Exposure to FAT, SAT, commissioning, loop checking, and troubleshooting activities Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel for project execution and commissioning activities if required Experience in handling automation projects in Process Industries

Ability to manage and lead teams of 10–25 members Robust understanding of complete Project Lifecycle Management from Design to Handover.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
