Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise residential or commercial building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, maintaining construction quality and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work according to approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and other construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Check construction quality, measurements and material usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure that all activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure proper use and storage of construction materials.
- Maintain safety, quality and housekeeping standards at the site.
- Verify contractor bills and completed work measurements.
- Participate in site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing work and construction processes.
- Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time at the construction site.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
