Ecom & Operations Executive

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

You'll own Vélaire's presence across every major platform from listings to live activations and make sure our numbers look as good as our fragrances.

What You'll Do

- Building, manage and grow Vélaire's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Blinkit
- Optimise listings, run promotions, and track performance data across platforms
- Coordinate pop-ups, on-ground activations, and retail partnerships
- Keep a sharp eye on sales trends and surface insights to the team
- Maintain inventory flow between platforms and warehouse

What We're Looking For

- Prior Ecom or marketplace experience, seller panels, ads, ops
- Comfortable with data, you enjoy a structured and detailed spreadsheet
- A genuine sense of aesthetic, you know what looks right on a listing
- Hustler energy with solid attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with the design and content team
