Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communication Qualified Intern to join our growing CRM team. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, managing magazine registration processes, and supporting audience engagement initiatives through data driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to enhance engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage magazine registrations and re-registrations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target audience segments.




- Collaborate with product and content teams to translate customer insights into actionable improvements.
- Oversee address verification processes using structured validation strategies to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Stay updated with CRM tools, industry trends, and best practices to support business growth.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in data-driven decision-making and customer engagement strategies

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
