Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounting and financial records of the UK company using the designated accounting software and ERP systems.

· Process invoices, purchase documents, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and financial reports.

· Provide administrative, commercial, purchasing, and operational support to the UK office.

· Work closely with the Director and support day-to-day business monitoring and coordination.

· Review business correspondence, reports, and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.

· Prepare management reports, financial summaries, and assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.

· Identify operational or financial issues and proactively support their resolution.

· Coordinate with UK staff, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.

· Travel to the UK periodically to understand operations and support business activities.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance,



or Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, commercial, or administrative roles.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

· Must be willing to undertake periodic international travel.
