Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant MEP site execution experience will also be considered.

Experience

- Overall experience required: 5 to 12 years in MEP site execution.
- B.E. / B.Tech candidates: Minimum 5+ years of relevant MEP site execution experience.
- Diploma candidates: Minimum 7+ years of relevant MEP site execution experience.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building projects.
- Experience in large institutional, commercial, residential, or government infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other project teams for smooth execution of MEP activities.
- Supervise HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical installations.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Guide site teams and ensure proper installation practices.
- Monitor daily work progress and maintain site documentation.
- Verify material quantities, material usage, and site requirements.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues at site.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical services.
- Hands-on experience in High-Rise Building projects is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, coordination, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
