Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our loans and insurance business across assigned regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch/channel teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets for loan and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams for loans and insurance products.
- Drive sales of:
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Business Loans
- Vehicle Loans
- Life & General Insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS,



and forecasting reports for management.
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales professionals within the region.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of loan and insurance products.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services sales.
- Proven track record in regional sales management.
