Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive who will promote Looks Academy courses, generate admissions, and build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, salons, and local businesses. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and converting leads into student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Looks Academy courses through field visits and direct marketing.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, salons, and commercial areas to generate admissions.
- Conduct educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Generate new leads through field marketing, referrals, and local networking.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and collect enquiry forms.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with local influencers, educational institutions,



and business partners.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Represent the academy professionally at events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Education Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence are also welcome.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be preferred and willing to travel.
