- Lead and manage the Quality Control department.
- Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Lead customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring successful audit compliance and timely closure of audit findings.
- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, 8D reports, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Rejection, Rework) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF quality management systems.
- Train and mentor the QC team on quality standards, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Customers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and proper maintenance of quality records.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
