Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Gold Loan Executive to handle customer interactions and gold loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating gold, processing loan applications, and achieving business targets.

Gold loan executives typically handle customer service, gold valuation, documentation, and loan processing tasks in NBFCs or banks .

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in customers and explain gold loan products
- Evaluate gold purity and weight
- Process loan applications and verify KYC documents
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Follow up for interest payments and renewals
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets




- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility:

- PG or UG / Any Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months experience in gold loan / finance / sales
- Basic knowledge of gold valuation (preferred)
- Valuable communication skills (Tamil mandatory)
- Sales & customer handling skills

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives (Based on experience)
