Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo, ensuring
proper loading and unloading - Provide information and assistance
to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other




inquiries - Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and
timely manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline
crew to ensure smooth operation of flights - Maintain a clean and
organized work area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at
all times Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent
qualification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service experience is a plus - Willingness to work in
shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able
