We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with up to 3 years of experience to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in our HVAC production facility. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and productive use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans as per work orders and schedules
- Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and quality departments
- Monitor manufacturing of AHUs, ducts, panels, coils, and HVAC assemblies
- Ensure adherence to production drawings, specifications, and SOPs
- Track manpower, machine utilization, and productivity
- Identify and report production issues, delays, or bottlenecks
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor
- Assist in inspection, testing, and dispatch activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
