Support huge VoIP deployments by quickly analyzing issues and providing fixes for one of our customers, a leading smart business and home communications product development company in the USA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- As a senior engineer, take complete ownership of supporting customer VoIP deployments by debugging issues and providing fixes
- Build customer confidence to grow/lead local team
- Support customer during PST timezone during critical releases

Required Skills:

- 3+ yrs of C/C++ programming on Linux platform
- Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging
- Experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded applications
- Development experience with Asterisk/FreeSwitch/Kamailio based applications
- Positive problem solving/analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with open source projects
- Exposure to Python scripting
