Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern who is eager to build a long-term career in Business Analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to understand project needs.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Participate in client meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Support the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations,
and project documentation.
- Learn and apply Business Analysis best practices and tools under the guidance of senior team members.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis is an added advantage.
