We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Solar EPC to lead our solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background with 5-7 years of experience in solar EPC, including expertise in LT and HT systems, switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels. The candidate will be responsible for finalizing plant engineering designs and overseeing in office project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of solar power projects.

- Finalize engineering designs in coordination with the design team.

- Manage HT and LT systems, including switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels.

- Supervise on-site project execution, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Conduct technical reviews,



resolve on-site challenges, and optimize system performance.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in solar EPC projects, with expertise in HT/LT systems.

- Strong knowledge of switchyards, transformers, and electrical panels.

- Experience in project execution, site management, and team coordination.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Location: Gurgaon
