Job Summary

Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design, enhance, and maintain luxurious guest-facing and back-of-house spaces. The role involves developing innovative design concepts, managing renovation projects, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring all interiors reflect the resort's brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts for guest rooms, villas, restaurants, banquet halls, lobby, spa, offices, and public areas.
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, and design presentations.
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, fabrics, artwork, and décor in line with the resort's luxury standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise site activities and ensure design quality, safety, and project timelines are maintained.
- Plan renovation and refurbishment projects with minimal disruption to resort operations.
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs,



and material specifications while ensuring cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on hospitality design trends and recommend innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and space planning.
