Job Description – PHE & FF Draftsman

Position: PHE Draftsman

Experience: 2–3+ Years

Educational Qualification

● ITI Draftsman / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a related discipline.

● 2–3+ years of relevant experience in PHE drafting.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare detailed PHE drawings including water supply, drainage, sewage,

stormwater, and rainwater harvesting layouts.

● Develop plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, sections, and detailed

shop drawings.

● Prepare pump room layouts, water tank details, STP/WTP layouts, and piping

drawings.

● Coordinate with PHE Engineers, Architects, Structural Consultants, and MEP

teams for design integration.

● Update drawings as per design revisions, site conditions, and client

requirements.h89





● Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records and revisions.

● Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority

requirements, and drafting standards.

Technical Skills Required

● Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.

● Ability to prepare detailed plumbing and drainage drawings.

● Understanding of water supply, sewage, stormwater, and rainwater harvesting

systems.

● Knowledge of pipe routing, riser preparation, equipment detailing, and

coordination drawings.

● Familiarity with Revit MEP/BIM will be an added advantage.

● Valuable understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, layers, scales, and

drafting standards.

● Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
