Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities in the injection moulding department.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Coordinate mould changeovers and machine start-up activities.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor cycle times, machine efficiency, and overall productivity.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and rejection.




- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor raw material availability and ensure proper material handling.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine utilization records.
- Train, guide, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
