- Operate CNC, VMC, drilling, milling, grinding, or other machine shop equipment as assigned.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure product quality meets specified standards.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and complete shift documentation.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
- Meet daily production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
- Work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of machine shop operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
