Spazlux is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote products and services through face-to-face and field-based marketing strategies. The role involves direct customer interaction, brand promotion, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns in assigned areas
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Represent client brands professionally in public spaces
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Collaborate with team members and report progress to management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field/onsite marketing environments
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage
