JOB DESCRIPTION – AREA SALES OFFICER (ASO)

Location: Shahdol & Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/- per month + Incentives
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Generate sales leads and identify recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market and site visits to promote company products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering qualification is mandatory.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Cement, Steel, Tiles, Pipes, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively within Shahdol and Anuppur districts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
