Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple states. The Architect will work closely with clients, structural consultants, MEP consultants, project managers, and site engineers to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and photorealistic renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Prepare municipal submission drawings and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and architectural finishes.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.




- Assist the procurement team in selecting architectural materials and finishes.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant NBC, IS Codes, and local authority regulations.
- Support projects located in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.

Required Skills

- Robust architectural planning and space optimization skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and building materials.
- Understanding of residential, commercial, and luxury villa design.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.

Travel Requirement

- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.

Preferred Candidate

- Strong design portfolio.
- Practical knowledge of on-site construction and execution.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Reports To: Project Head

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
