The B2B Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying prospective customers, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the marketing team to drive business growth.

⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

⁠ ⁠Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers.

⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

⁠ ⁠Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM updates.

⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

⁠ ⁠Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to generate leads.

⁠ ⁠Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications :

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠0–2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
