About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead/Senior Developer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design software architecture, component designs, and technical specifications aligned with business requirements.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications following coding standards and best practices.
- Lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks, resolve dependencies, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes, tools, and team productivity.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical and professional growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Maintain, enhance, and secure the application codebase while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and advanced Java concepts.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security (Reactive Programming is a plus).
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful applications.
- Valuable knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and backend development.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
