You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to transform complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for data and analytics initiatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and BI teams to define analytical requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets and validate business logic using advanced SQL.
- Design and document dimensional data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Support the development of reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to validate reporting requirements.
- Partner with technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform data analysis,



data validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and support Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and data governance standards.
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics projects.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and business requirement gathering.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
- Robust understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power BI and self-service analytics platforms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience working with Paid Media and Digital Marketing datasets.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Platform.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
