- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound customer inquiries
- Promote and sell company products or services, including cross-selling and up-selling where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Generate leads for the sales team and follow up on potential opportunities
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
