We are looking for a passionate and creative Cake Chef who can produce exceptional cakes and desserts while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and decorate a wide variety of cakes, including celebration cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and custom-designed cakes.
- Bake sponge cakes, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, brownies, cupcakes, and other cake-based desserts.
- Create buttercream, ganache, fondant, whipped cream, and other frostings and fillings.
- Design and execute custom cake decorations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
- Follow standard recipes and control food cost and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake production area.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet production schedules and customer orders.

Requirements

- Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery, Pastry Arts, or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cake Chef or Pastry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of cake baking, decorating, and finishing techniques.
- Experience with fondant work, buttercream art, piping, airbrushing, and chocolate decorations is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
