About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Creative Director – Video Production to lead our Video Editing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and post-production while mentoring editors and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality video content across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

· Define the overall creative vision and storytelling approach for video projects.

· Provide creative direction to the Video Editing team from concept to final delivery.

· Review edits and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output.

· Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, pacing, transitions, colour grading, sound design, and storytelling across all projects.

· Drive innovation by introducing recent editing styles, techniques, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Team Leadership

· Lead and mentor the Video Editing team.

· Assign projects and manage team workload.

· Guide the team on advanced editing, motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production workflows.

Technical & Project Management

· Collaborate with Project Managers, Drone Teams, 3D Teams, and Client Servicing to deliver engaging visual content.

· Participate in client discussions for creative inputs when required.

· Recommend new tools and technologies to improve editing workflows.

· Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.

· 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a video editing team.

· Experience in corporate films, drone videos, real estate, architecture walkthroughs, advertisements, or digital media is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
