Responsibilities
- Responsible for attending phone enquiries and direct walk-in customers and pre-scheduled customers by the pre-sales team & channel partners
- Responsible assisting customers for home buying process, understanding the needs of the customer, and pitching the right product.
- To assist customers with project and product details, show them sample flats, audio/video detailing of the project.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the records of clients.
- To maintain good relations with Client / Broker.
