highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ground
Staff at various airports in Chandigarh, Punjab, India. The ideal
candidates should have a passion for the aviation industry and a
strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle
passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,
delays, and other relevant information - Ensure the safety and
security of passengers by following all airport and airline
regulations - Assist with the boarding process and ensure that all
passengers are seated comfortably - Handle and resolve customer
complaints in a skilled and timely manner - Coordinate with




other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth
operations - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or
management team Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or
equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
tasks simultaneously - Must be able to work flexible hours,
including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able
to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviation
industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a
full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The selected candidates will be offered a contract with a
probationary period of 3 months. Upon successful completion of the
probationary period, the contract will be extended for a longer
