As part of our digital transformation journey, we are accelerating
the adoption of AI and modern business applications across the
organization. Our goal is to integrate Artificial Intelligence into
business processes, enterprise applications, and decision-making to
improve efficiency, unlock innovation, and create lasting business
value. We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Power
Platform Engineer to join our Shared Service Center in Kochi,
India. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deliver
business-critical applications and automation solutions using the
Microsoft Power Platform, helping to solve real business challenges
and drive digital transformation. You'll also have the opportunity
to leverage AI capabilities to enhance productivity, improve user
experiences, and create innovative solutions that deliver
measurable business value. You'll work closely with business
stakeholders, IT teams, and solution architects to deliver
scalable, secure,



and user-friendly solutions that drive measurable
business outcomes. What You'll Do As a Power Platform Engineer, you
will: Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications
using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps). Build and optimize
business process automation using Power Automate. Design and
implement integrations with enterprise platforms including Dynamics
365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, SQL Server, REST
APIs, and third-party applications. Develop custom connectors and
APIs to extend the Power Platform ecosystem. Translate business
requirements into scalable, low-code solutions. Collaborate with
stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle—from requirements
gathering to deployment and support. Apply best practices for
governance, security, environment management, and licensing across
the Power Platform. Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously
improve existing applications and automations. Produce technical
documentation and support end users through training and knowledge
sharing. Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities such as
Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft AI
services to deliver smarter business solutions. About You We're
looking for someone who combines technical expertise with
curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement.
You have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of




experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power
Platform. Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and
Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience
building enterprise workflows, approvals, integrations, and
automation solutions. Strong experience integrating Power Platform
with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, SQL
Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems. Experience with
Dataverse, relational data modelling, and solution architecture
principles. Knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, SQL, JSON, REST
APIs, or Azure Logic Apps (considered an advantage). Experience
with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software
development practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to
collaborate effectively with both business and technical
