Location: Gurgaon Hours: UK Shift About the role: Are you
detail-oriented and passionate about providing first-class customer
service? As a Disconnections Administrator, you'll play a vital
part in managing and processing customer service disconnections,
ensuring mobile, cloud and connectivity services are offboarded
appropriately and efficiently when a customer is leaving Onecom.
This role demands a keen eye for detail in handling extensive data
and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams,
ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Become a part of our

administrative role, preferably within telecommunications Keen
attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Strong
organisational abilities and time-management skills Effective

Office and customer relationship management software Ability to
work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Key responsibilities: Process and manage customer disconnection




requests accurately and promptly Liaise with internal teams to
ensure seamless customer transitions Maintain up-to-date and
accurate records of disconnection activities Respond to customer
queries and resolve any issues related to disconnections
Collaborate with billing and sales teams to ensure alignment in
customer accounts Analyse disconnection data to identify trends and
suggest improvement areas Ensure compliance with company policies
and regulatory requirements Contribute to the continuous
