In this role, you’ll connect with senior professionals across the cybersecurity and technology sectors—inviting them to participate in high-level discussions and helping bring our events to life. What You’ll Do Reach out to senior professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG events Research companies, roles,



and industry trends to tailor your outreach Clearly explain event topics and why they’re relevant to each audience Guide attendees through the registration process Support attendance by following up with registered delegates Maintain accurate records in the CRM What We’re Looking For We’re open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds—including recent graduates—who are eager to learn and grow. Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence (or willingness to build it) in speaking with professionals Good research and writing ability Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable working toward goals and targets Nice to have (not required): Any experience in customer service, sales, events, or outreach Familiarity with Excel or CRM tools ?
