Position: Airport Ground Staff Company Overview:

Job Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in
counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process - Handle
passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a
professional and courteous manner - Ensure the safety and security
of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations -
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
- Coordinate with other ground staff to ensure timely departure of
flights - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading
from the aircraft - Conduct security checks and screening of
passengers and their luggage - Provide wheelchair assistance and
other special services as needed - Maintain a clean and organized
airport terminal, including restocking supplies and cleaning common
areas - Communicate effectively with other team members and airport
personnel to ensure smooth operations - Handle any other duties
assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor. Requirements: - High
school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer
service or aviation industry preferred - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to
handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit
and able to lift up to 50 lbs - Must pass a background check and
