to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As part of our ground
staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and
efficient operation of our airport services. Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer
service - Assist with baggage check-in and handling - Conduct
security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations -
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient
departure and arrival of flights - Handle any passenger issues or
complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a
clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all company
policies and procedures - Perform any other duties as assigned by
the supervisor Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or




equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary -
Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry
is a plus, but not required - Must be able to pass a background
