currently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our team at
Mumbai Airport. As a ground staff member, you will be responsible
for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of airport
operations. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for
freshers who are eager to start their career in the aviation
industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting passengers with
check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures - Providing
excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant travel experience
for passengers - Communicating with airline crew and ground staff
to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Handling
customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a
professional manner - Ensuring the safety and security of
passengers, baggage, and airport facilities - Collaborating with
other ground staff members to maintain a clean and organized
airport environment - Adhering to all safety and security
regulations and procedures set by the company and relevant




authorities - Assisting with special services such as wheelchair
assistance, VIP handling, and unaccompanied minors - Keeping track
of flight schedules, delays, and cancellations to provide accurate
information to passengers - Handling cash and credit card
transactions for excess baggage, lounge access, and other services
Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 10+2 or equivalent
qualification from a recognized board - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Customer service-oriented with a positive
attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office - Fluency in
English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages will be an added
advantage - Must be willing to work in shifts, including early
mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays - Prior experience in
