seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accountant with
over 10 years of experience to join our client . The ideal
candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Taxation , GST , and
Labour Laws . This role will involve managing and overseeing all
accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting,
compliance with tax regulations, and effective handling of labour
law-related matters. About Us: Sperton Christos Group is a Human

acquisition, HR function setup for start-ups, and payroll

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including
journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial
statements. Manage end-of-month and year-end closing processes to
ensure accurate financial records. Ensure accurate and timely
filing of GST returns , TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Handle tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to Income
Tax and GST regulations . Review and optimize the company's tax
structure to ensure maximum tax efficiency. Stay updated with
changes in taxation laws and GST regulations,



implementing
necessary changes. Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws ,
including Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI),
and Gratuity. Handle salary and payroll processing in compliance
with labour laws. Keep abreast of changes in Labour Law and advise
on any necessary adjustments in policies or procedures. Manage
employee benefits, statutory deductions, and ensure timely
submission of required documentation. Coordinate with external
auditors during audits and provide necessary supporting documents.
Ensure the organization’s accounting practices are in line with
statutory requirements. Skills and Qualifications Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field.. Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in
accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a senior role . Expertise in
Taxation : Strong knowledge of Income Tax , GST , and taxation laws
and regulations. Labour Law Knowledge : In-depth understanding of
Labour Laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and compliance.
Accounting Skills : Advanced proficiency in accounting software
(e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.



Leadership
Skills : Ability to manage and guide accounting teams effectively.
Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills with a high degree
of accuracy in financial reporting. Communication Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with
