Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in food processing/manufacturing industry (Production)
- Exposure to extrusion process will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily production activities as per targets
- Ensure availability of all required resources including raw material, packaging material, manpower, utilities, and electricity
- Monitor machine performance and review breakdowns




- Supervise production processes to achieve efficiency and minimize wastage
- Maintain plant hygiene as per GMP standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Drive continuous improvement through quality objectives and KPIs
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, GMP, and FSSAI standards

Key Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of food processing and production operations
- Knowledge of GMP, hygiene, and safety practices
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Details:

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Shift: Day Shift (may extend/rotate based on production requirements)
- Weekly Off: As per company policy

Additional Requirements:

- Comfortable working on the shop floor
- Role involves physical activities including material handling and prolonged standing
- Flexibility for extended working hours
- Candidates residing near Khed Shivapur or having their own transport will be preferred
