Job description:

- Manage and monitor the operations of multiple CDX outlets within the assigned region.

- Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the CDX format and identify potential new locations.

*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.

*

- Drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility across all CDX outlets.

*

- Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety, and service quality.

*

- Train and mentor outlet teams for productive operations and superior customer service.

*

- Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and operational evaluations.

*

- Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and brand activations.

*

- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

*

- Manage budgets, cost controls,



and operational efficiency across outlets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

*

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

*

- Proven ability to handle multi-location operations.

*

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems.

*

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
