Role Summary:

- Dual responsibility of managing corporate as well as Individual clients.
- Channel Development
- Service to existing client base
- Lead generation
- Sales / Revenue Generation –
- Daily/weekly & monthly plan preparation and execution
- Maintains & drives compliance.

Reports To: Channel Head

Location: Kolkata/ Siliguri/ Patna/ Ranchi / Jamshedpur/ Guwahati

Key Result Areas:





- Interact with existing clients like Corporate/ Manufacturing units/ Factories/ NGOs/ Astrologers/ Institutes/ Societies/ Marriage Bureau / Advocates/ Marriage Councilors/ Marriage Registrar etc.
- To meet / follow- up and attend clients to understand the case.
- Working as a chain between client and back-end team for case-to-case basis
- Job requires travel to other branches and locations time to time.
- Candidates need to sign NDA before joining.

Monitor the performance:

- Sales generation
- Revenue generation
- Client acquisition
- Sales closing against lead generation.

Technical Skills Required: Valuable Knowledge of MS Office
