Job Role

As an Academic Counsellor (US Process), you will engage with parents across the US to understand their child's learning needs and guide them in choosing the most suitable BrightChamps programs. This role involves consultative counselling, relationship building, and achieving enrolment targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with parents in the US through outbound and inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand each child's learning requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Counsel parents on BrightChamps courses and convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
- Address queries and objections by clearly explaining program benefits and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities through the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work Schedule

- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Office Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore
- Working Days: 6 days a week (one rotational weekday off)




- Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Preferred Requirements

- Candidates should possess a personal laptop in good working condition.
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
