Job Title: B2C Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to drive direct sales to individual customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Typical B2C sales roles focus on engaging consumers, understanding their needs, and closing sales while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, BFSI, Real Estate, Telecom, EdTech, or Consumer Durables.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong target orientation with a proven sales track record.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai, if required.
