Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee our residential and commercial interior design projects. In this role, you will be the bridge between the design team and the execution on the ground. You will ensure that daily site work progresses smoothly, carpentry, electrical, and finishing tasks meet our quality standards, and materials are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work happens according to the approved interior design drawings and timelines.
- Labor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with site laborers, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other specialized vendors to keep the project moving forward.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Receive, inspect, and track materials delivered to the site. Ensure zero wastage and report any shortages in advance.
- Quality Control: Maintain high execution standards. Keep an eye out for precision in finishes, alignments, and structural details.
- Reporting:



Provide daily or weekly progress updates (including site photos/videos) to the management team.
- Problem Solving: Actively address on-site challenges, structural hurdles, or minor design discrepancies quickly to avoid project delays.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the site is safe, organized, and cleaned regularly.

Qualifications & Skills

- Communication: Solid communication and leadership skills to handle on-site labor firmly yet professionally.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for commuting between local project sites.
- Language: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
