Job Description – Sr. Web Developer

We are looking for a young and dynamic Web developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the Front-End Web Designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation,



taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Key Deliverables

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills And Qualifications

- Willingness to work in a high-pressure start-up including stints at a client location in Bangalore
- Good communication skills in English with client facing skills
- Should be able to effectively articulate a problem or requirement in simple English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in building fast, robust, and maintainable production web applications using the Mean STACK (MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, and Node.js)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Javascript, PHP, MySQLi, CSS3 and HTML5
- Good hands-on experience on Linux
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) using PHP
- Skills to Develop customised CMS system
- Experience in Magento and other e-commerce development frameworks or Moodle Learning Management system is preferred
- Ability to train junior web developers in the team
