Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Microsoft 365 Developer to join our Modern Workplace team. This role is designed for a technical professional who can bridge the gap between collaboration and intelligence. You will not just be building sites; you will be building data-driven ecosystems.
You will spend your day alternating between developing custom SPFx components for SharePoint and engineering complex DAX measures for high-impact Power BI dashboards.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Data Intelligence (40%)
- Lead the design and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards
- Perform advanced data modeling
- Write complex DAX calculations
- Automate data refresh processes using Power Query (M language)
- Connect and transform data from multiple sources
2. SharePoint Engineering (40%)
- Develop and maintain up-to-date SharePoint Online environments
- Build custom web parts using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Extend native M365 capabilities with bespoke development
- Use Power Automate for workflow automation
- Manage site provisioning and enhancements
3. Web & UI/UX Development (20%)
- Develop responsive internal portals
- Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Build components using React.js
- Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines
- Deliver modern and intuitive user experiences
Platform Governance
- Monitor M365 environment health
- Manage site permissions and access control
- Ensure tenant-level data security
- Support identity and access integrations via Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Work with APIs and integrations as required
