Position & Location : Telecaller Executive, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective Patients to inform them about Clearskin Clinic's services, promotions, and offers.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested clients based on their preferences and the availability of our clinic's services.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Address and resolve Patient inquiries, concerns, and questions about our services. Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients.

Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls. Keep records of interactions and transaction

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment scheduling and client engagement.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including front desk staff and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of procedures and the healthcare industry (training will be provided).

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.

- Patience and empathy when dealing with prospective patients.

Work Experience & Education

Education : Any Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience on equivalent Profile

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
